SaffronSeal is built by Nyza Creations LLC to do two things well: make it easy to find a trustworthy notary anywhere in the country, and make it worthwhile for notaries to show up and do the work.
Why we built this
Most notaries who join a big marketplace run into the same trade-off: give up control of your schedule and your pricing in exchange for volume, or stay independent and spend more time marketing yourself than notarizing documents. And a lot of the well-known networks either charge notaries a subscription just to be listed, or hire notaries as employees and dictate the terms of every job.
We think there's a better version of this: a statewide directory and booking tool that costs Notaries nothing to join, pays 100% of the notarial act fee plus 80% of the service fee, and never takes away your independent-contractor status — while giving Customers and Companies a straightforward way to find someone qualified, verified, and available.
Where we are today
LiveSaffronSeal is live. Notaries from every state can join, and customers can book wherever a verified notary is within reach. Stripe handles every payment and payout, and the price is itemised before you confirm. The network grows one verified notary at a time, city by city.
We'd rather approve notaries carefully — every commission checked against the state registry before anyone goes live — than inflate the numbers with unverified listings. If you don't see coverage near you yet, leave your email on the search page and we'll tell you the day one is approved.
What we believe
Free for notaries. Always.
No subscription, no listing fee, no monthly minimum. Notaries keep 100% of the notarial act fee and 80% of the service fee, and we only make money when they do.
Independent by design
Notaries on SaffronSeal are independent contractors, not employees of a call center. You set your own service area, hours, and specialties.
Credentials come first
A notary can't accept bookings until we've checked their commission against the state's public registry. Background checks and E&O insurance earn visible badges. That gate exists before search visibility, not after a complaint.
Honest about coverage
Where we don't have a verified notary near you yet, we say so and take your email instead of showing an empty map. See "Where we are today" below.

SaffronSeal is operated by Nyza Creations LLC. We handle the Platform, the credential-verification process, and payment processing; every notarization itself is performed by the independent Notary you book, under the terms of our Notary Agreement.
