Prices shown use Washington's notarial act fee ($15). Your state's fee is applied automatically and itemised before you confirm — a mobile visit is $39 in Florida and Texas, $31 in New York and Georgia.

What a signing costs

One price, itemised

Every state caps what a notary may charge for the notarial act itself. We show that line separately so you can see it is within your state's cap, and the notary keeps 100% of it. The service fee covers the notary's time and the first miles of the trip plus our scheduling, payment and support. For a long trip, a notary may add a travel line per mile beyond the miles included, held to your state's limit where it has one. SaffronSeal keeps 20% of the service and travel lines and pays the rest to the notary.

Minimum mobile service fee $29.00; a notary may set a higher fee, which is shown on their profile and in the booking flow. SaffronSeal does not arrange loan-document signings and does not run an online notarization platform of its own.
